Next 3 weeks

We are allowed to be open these next 3 weeks with spacing in the gym. Strength days you will have a station with all equipment set out for you. Each station will have the workout written up with the equipment at their station. At the moment each class size is around 4-5 people leaving plenty of room for good spacing. This is the same for cardio. spin days we can put a bike or two in the back (opposite sides of the turf) and spread the remaining few in the main space.

Update on weather

There is a lot of snow but we are not closed tomorrow. Drive safely and slowly if you are making it in tomorrow morning. The parking spots in the front and side of the building are getting snowblowed
