Strength workouts will be posted Tuesday & Saturday.


Food challenges, recipes, etc. by email. We can stay working together this way until we meet again at the gym. Oh how I miss the gym and everyone!!


Set your plans for the week. Be sure to get your cardio on alternate days along with foam rolling and good stretching. I would suggest putting the workout 1st to reduce stress in your day, improve your health and so many more reasons. Relax, breathe and stay healthy everyone
