The 45 minute Wednesday 8:30 Kickboxing HIIT is changing.
8:30-9:00 kickboxing HIIT
9:00-9:30 mobility training
When we were at home and doing zoom workouts many were feeling the benefits of our mobility day and would like to continue. This workout involves typically strength movement with a lot of flexibility. We will be including primal movements, foam rolling and other trigger point release, etc.
Classes are always based on the group. Please share what you might be missing in your weekly workouts. If you do not like working on the bag I will have an alternate plan to do in place of the bag. The bag only takes up 2-4 of the stations at this time since we are not sharing a bag anymore.

We could talk to the 715 group and see if others would like to do the same thing from 7-8 breaking it up into 30 minutes each
