Our week ahead
Good morning! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend😃 Sunday is the perfect fay to plan your week ahead of you. Prep some food so you have something healthy and nutritious available, set a few goals to accomplish this week or month, get your measurements done (sign your name on the board), heart rate recovery check in spin (bring your monitor Tuesday), etc.
Set goals and plan out your day, week and month ahead of you and good changes will happen.
This Wednesdays mobility strength will be a 1 minute mobility movement followed by a drop set. The mobility exercise will get you ready for the targeted muscle group. Work the whole body as hard as possible in 45 minutes. We will also be stretching at the end of each drop set ensuring we don't miss anything.
