Hot days

With keeping windows/doors open for continuous fresh air we won't be using air conditioning during this time. With warm days ahead we will be doing less cardio and more strength during boot camp and kickboxing days like today (80 and humid). The only days we will plan to be inside is on rainy days. I am looking into buying a few tents so even during the rainy days we could be outside at least for spin. Possibly other classes too. Tonight we will be doing more strength in the shade outside😎 don't forget the glasses
