With 20 years experience Rhoda has an extensive background in exercise, injury prevention, along with nutrition. She will help set and achieve personal goals. The training studio is small class sizes to ensure personal attention (maximum 16 people).

Schedule your first workout or a visit with Rhoda to plan your workout schedule.  Decide your class schedule and plan to be there at that time. You are welcome to join other group times, Rhoda will work with you on scheduling.
