6 week challenge

Our 6 week challenge leading up to Thanksgiving begins next week!

Earn points over the 6 weeks for working out daily (does not need to be at the gym but can be), daily recovery work (again not at the gym), daily food logs, reaching daily water goal. There will also be a weekly challenge!

Additional points given for reaching your personal goal in measurements, strength, cardio and flexibility by the end of the 6 weeks.

Let's get some good habits going before the holidays!!
