Weights with box, bench, or step
Strength & cardio intervals. High calorie burn with whole body strength training.
Equipment: High box, table or counter (about hip height). Small box or bench.
Dumbbells 5-20 pounds.
Set timer for 20 second intervals or follow the reps. Finish all 25 exercises before
20 second break. Repeat 3 times before core section.
