Tomorrow morning we will be doing a dynamic warm up during the open times getting ourselves warmed up. That way we can have a little more time with the strength portion of class.

Open times are just before the 5, 6, 7 and 8 class times. 9 o'clock kickboxing is jumping right into kickboxing with a little extra stretching at the end.

Hopefully you can arrive q little early for the group dynamic warm up
