warm up

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before group start time tomorrow. We will have a large circuit demonstrated with you doing a few warm up prep exercises as well. If you join mid class warm up for at least 5 minutes before jumping into the circuit. I will let you know a good stop to jump in on.


10 stations

2 exercises per station (strength/cardio or strength/burnout options available) choose which workout you'd like

As many rounds as you can get in a 40 minute time limit. We will stretch together on the buzzer
