Tomorrow Saturday September 16

I will be getting to the gym a little early if anyone would like an earlier start for compression, bike, rolling, vibration, etc.

Tomorrow's schedule...


6am open

7:15 mobility 45 minutes

8:00 spin 45 minutes

8:45 abs 15 minutes


We will be stretching the neck back and hips tomorrow. You know, the torso😀

Starting tomorrow we are switching to open gym Saturday's from 7-9. Spin bikes will be out with music on. Come in and get in whatever you need🏆 Wendi will be at the gym in my place while I am in Wisc
