The beautiful outdoors

The weather is showing signs we will be going outside more! Last night was the first indoor/outdoor workout😀


Tonight would be outdoors for spin but with yoga 15 minutes after and needing to get the bikes put away...


Outdoor classes will run all day when the 1st and last class are 60 degrees. Otherwis I will be posting abiut individual times. Evenings and mornings when the sun is up will definitely be first so please start wearing layers just in case you miss the post on the website blog. . You should get an email when a post is made.


As soon as it is warm enough for yoga to be outdoors we will have both spin and yoga outside🌞

Neck relief

Tomorrow

Starting tomorrow we are switching to open gym Saturday's from 7-9. Spin bikes will be out with music on. Come in and get in whatever you need🏆 Wendi will be at the gym in my place while I am in Wisc
