Schedule requests

The schedule is going to have a few adjustments in a few weeks (Monday September 28th). Wednesdays is the day with most of the changes. What would you like to see during your time on this day? 20 min boxing, 20 strength, 20 mobility, 45 mobility only, a mix of mobility and strength. Let me hear your vote if you like your class the way it is now or would like a few changes😀


There are a few requests to have a time starting at 9 or 9:15. We could add another time from 9:15-10:00 or we could break up the schedule into 30 minute sessions from 8:30-9:00, 9:00-9:30🤷‍♀️

This coming Monday the gym will be open from 8:00-9:30, class from 8:30-9:30. There will be a strength circuit set up with the option of cardio circuits between. You are also welcome to do the Murph,
