Schedule

A few adjustments are being made to the schedule this coming week.


4:45 am is going to be put on hold again until possibly the fall.


Saturday strength is 45 minutes instead of 30


5:30 am on Wednesday is now strength instead of kickboxing HIIT.


Each class time adjusts class format based on the group that is there. Are you happy with your class time and the schedule you have. Please share while the schedule is being adjusted🙂


We will always keep spin on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday but you are welcome to do your own alternate workout during that time.

Cold, raining and breezy until 9ish. If warmer we would be outside in rain under tents. Windows and doors will be open Dress in layers
