"Lean into the wind" Stand with your feet under your hips (push 3 corners of foot down). Stack your shoulders over your hips to find a tall posture. Pull the belly toward your spine without sucking it in (hiss like a snake if you don't feel it then hold the position). Lift your ribs away from your hips without lifting your shoulders (relax your neck). Spread your toes and Lean slightly forward (heels continue driving into the floor) until you feel a position of increased core activation. Find the center of your body so you feel abs) Hold posture and run. You have one body, treat it well😊
