The weather looks great to have an outdoor boot camp tomorrow. Fresh air with sleds back in the circuits woo hoo!!!!! No worries there is an alternate exercise for every exercise tomorrow😊
The 1st 5 minutes of class will be a warm up round based on workout of the day. Get there early to roll or vibration. Circuits are next...1st round will be timed working on form and getting warmed up learning the circuit. The following rounds will be by reps and drop reps each round.
