No sugar November

Who's up for better eating habits???


Keep track of sugar grams this month🍎Women stay under 25g and men

35g, this includes all foods/beverages taken in daily. If you don't want to count grams, cut all sugar out except fruit and don't worry about counting. Keep track of your improvements over the month. Feel better and better each day!


Decrease inflammation, improve mental clarity, steady energy, improve skin, teeth, joints, liver, heart, pancreas, kidneys, sexual health, weight, etc.


Hope to see you tomorrow! We will be doing 15 minutes of mobility before 35 min spin followed up with 10 minutes of static stretching.
