We will be waiting to do the heart rate recovery test until Tuesday 19th. Tomorrow will be a little busy with spin and kickboxing HIIT in one class time. 1. Skip coffee for sure before class, always should in my opinion as it raises your heart rate which isn't a great idea. You want to work harder while maintaining a lower heart rate during exercise. 2. Bring your heart rate monitor. Heart rate recovery testing is not mandatory but recommended 🤔
