Boot camp tomorrow

Be sure to show up a little early to get your warm up in! We are going to be fast paced with a 4 minute time limit to finish 4 rounds of 2 exercises per station, 8 stations involved. You have 1 minute to grab water and get weight selection ready for the next station. We will stretch together at the finish. Each station can have 2 people. See you in the morning🏋‍♀️💪🏋‍♂️
