A new month begins! Bring it on October

A new month is here! Time to do a heart rate check, measurements, weigh ins, etc. Let's see gow much we have improved this month and see great changes by November.

A challenge is coming your way starting October 12th! This will be a 6 week challenge leading up to Thanksgiving. You will get points along the way for healthy choices made, exercise, recovery time at home, etc. Also, points for improvement on cardio, flexibility, strength and a personal goal given to you. More jnformation coming soon.
