100s day strength & cardio

Do as many reps of exercise to the left with good form. Choose your level based on 10 reps being difficult while maintaining form. Don't go for speed until form is perfect. When you can't do any more do exercise to the right. Go back to first exercise keeping track until you reach 100 reps. Repeat exercise to right every time you need a rest or loose form. Grab a drink between each circuit. Don't forget to stretch when finished😁
